SIDOOR ATE500E elevator door drive

The SIDOOR ATE500E elevator door drive enables the quick,easy and versatile installation, configuration and operation of ECtechnology gearless elevator door systems.

应用

The SIDOOR ATE500E comfort elevator door drive is an intelligentdoor control system which enables the opening and closing of cabinand shaft doors at adjustable speeds and accelerations.

The maintenance-free drive unit is speed controlled andcomprises an electronically commutated SIDOOR MED280 EC directdrive designed for a maximum of 280 kg total door panel weight.

Must be ordered separately, see "Direct drives".

Operation of the elevator door drive does not require limitswitches. The door width and the "OPEN"/"CLOSE" positions aredetermined automatically.

The current operating states are indicated by a 7-segmentdisplay directly in the SIDOOR ATE500E elevator door drive. Theycan also be displayed externally using the Software Kit orService Tool, see "Additional units".

Forces are transferred via a toothed belt which passes over adeflector unit and can be fitted with two door clutch holders.These accessories are not included in the scope of supply, see"Accessories".

Both single-leaf and centrally opening doors can be driven.

During initial commissioning, please note the following:

• Mechanical mounting and setting, see the SIDOOR EC SystemManual, and the ATE500E and MED280 Operating Instructions

• Electrical configuration and commissioning:

• Push the door into the "CLOSED" position.

• Open the device cover

• Plug in the motor connector

• Connect NT40 switch mode power supply or grid transformerto 230 V AC mains supply

• Press and hold the learn run button

• Connect NT40 switch-mode power supply or grid transformerto the input of the SIDOOR ATE500E elevator door drive

• The learn run starts automatically and the learn run button canbe released as soon as the door starts to move

• On completion of the learn run, the door is in the "CLOSED"position and the 7-segment display indicates "u".

• The door can now be moved using the "OPEN" and "CLOSE" buttonswith the default profile.

编程

The Software Kit is available as a separate unit(see"Additional units"); it facilitates user-friendly parametersettings and oscilloscope functions via the SIDOOR User Software(part of the SIDOOR Software Kit).
