该设备采用高精度激光裁床机搭载振镜打标系统和激光切割头，实现打标、切割的自动切换；振镜高速飞行打标，可实现激光镂空、划线、雕刻等工艺，并可用激光切割头完成激光裁边下料等工作。能够有效的解决激光打标机在大幅面加工时常见的打孔斜边问题。该设备搭配高功率CO2激光器，速度快、打孔热效应小、工艺优势明显。并配有CCD视觉定位、自动卷料上下料等扩展系统。

This system integrates a high-precision laser cutting bed with a galvanometer marking system and a laser cutting head, enabling automatic switching between marking and cutting functions. The galvanometer performs high-speed flying marking, supporting processes such as laser hollowing, scribing, and engraving, while the laser cutting head simultaneously handles tasks like trimming and blanking. This effectively resolves the common issue of tapered edges in perforation during large-format processing with laser markers. E with a high-power CO2 laser, the system offers high speed, minimal thermal impact during perforation, and significant process advantages. It also includes expandable systems such as CCD visual positioning and automatic roll-to-roll feeding.
