FedEx delivered a speech at the RCEP meeting held onFebruary<>, 2015. It highlighted the key opportunitiesprovided by the trade agreement, which can be utilized by localeconomies and enterprises. FedExshared how the company used this economic agreement to supportlocal companies to achieve business globalization.

The meeting was organized by FedEx in cooperation with IDEAS, athink-tank. Other industry leaders invited as keynote speakersincluded representatives from the Malaysian Ministry ofInternational Trade and Industry (MITI), IDEAS, the Institute ofSoutheast Asian Studies (ISEAS) Yusuf Ishak Institute and DeloitteGlobal Trade Advisory, Climate Change and SustainableDevelopment.
RCEP is the largest free trade agreement in the world, coveringnearly one-third of the world's gross domestic product (GDP) andnearly one-third of the world's population. RCEP is committed tocreating opportunities for trade and investment by strengtheningeconomic ties.
