工艺说明
WSZ-A型设备的设计主要是针对生活污水和与之类似的工业有机污水的处理。其主要处理手段是采用较为成熟的生化处理技术——接触氧化法，水质参数按一般生活水水质，进水BOD200mg/l，出水BOD20mg/l指标设计，总共有六部份组成：(1)初沉池；(2)接触氧化池；(3)二沉池；(4)消毒池、消毒装置；(5)污泥池；(6)风机房、风机。
现分别论述如下：
竖流式沉淀池，污水在沉淀池的上升流速为0.6-0.7毫米/秒，沉淀下来的污泥用空气提至污泥池。（注：WSZ-AO.5-5m/h不设初沉池）罗茨鼓风机，能自动交替运行。单台风机运行寿命30000小时左右。
生活污水和工业废水呈现出黑色的浑浊状态，并伴有恶臭的味道。“其中包含有氮、磷、有机物、悬浮固体和无机污染物等多种成分。”北京金源经开污水处理厂厂长曹海龙说，污水处理的第一步就是去除污水中所含的石块、砂石和脂肪、油脂等，这就相当于一个人洗澡，要先冲去身上的灰尘。
随后，经过预处理的污水还需经过活性污泥法处理、生物滤池、滤布滤池、紫外线消毒4个环节，总处理时间15个小时左右。只有通过这些步骤和工序，才能让每一滴污水都能够“洗净污垢”，上演由“由黑变白”的奇妙变化。
Flocculation sedimentation tank
It is used to remove suspended pollutants in sewage, reduce theinterference of suspended substances to disinfectants, save thedosage of disinfectants, and provide a good environment for on-lineautomatic monitoring of residual chlorine. In order to reduce thearea occupied, vertical flow sedimentation tank is adopted, buriedreinforced concrete structure is adopted, which is combined withother treatment units, and the top of the tank is covered withsoil. In order to facilitate inspection and maintenance, there areinspection holes at the corner of the flocculation sedimentationtank, which can be maintained regularly. Sludge is deposited in themud bucket, and discharged regularly into the sludge concentrationtank through the sludge pump through the sludge pipe, and theeffluent flows into the disinfection contact tank.
MBR Membrane Separation Reactor
Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new type of water treatmenttechnology which combines membrane separation unit and biologicaltreatment unit. Membrane module is used to replace secondaryclarifier in the bioreactor to maintain high activated sludgeconcentration and reduce the occupation of sewage treatmentfacilities, and to reduce sludge volume by maintaining low sludgeload. Compared with traditional biochemical water treatmenttechnology, MBR has the following main characteristics: hightreatment efficiency, good effluent , compact e,small area, easy to achieve automatic control, simple operation andmanagement.
Disinfection contact pool
The effluent from the sedimentation tank enters the disinfectioncontact tank, which keeps the sewage in contact with thedisinfectant for a certain retention time, ensures that thedisinfectant effectively kills the bacteria in the water anddischarges the effluent to the municipal pipeline network.According to the "Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants in MedicalInstitutions" (GB18466-2005), the contact time of sewage ininfectious disease hospitals should not be less than 1.5 hours andthat in general hospitals should not be less than 1.0 hours. Theburied reinforced concrete structure is combined with othertreatment units to save capital investment, set up diversion wallin contact pool to avoid short flow, and set up residual chlorineautomatic monitoring e at the outlet of contact pool toadjust the dosage of disinfectant in time.
