概述
SIPLUS HCS4200 heating control system
The rack constitutes the basic mechanical structure of theSIPLUS HCS4200.
Rack for mounting on the cabinet rear panel
Rear bus board for holding 12 power output modules
Heat dissipation with optional fan units, that is, 1 fan moduleis required for every 4 power output modules.
Rack for holding 4 or 12 power output modules.
Internal communication takes place via a bus board on therear.
Depending on the switching capacity and ambient temperature, therack may have to be force-ventilated.
The fan units are available as optional accessories (Articlenumbers 6BK1942-4AA00-0AA0 and 6BK1942-4BA00-0AA0).

The following accessories are available for the rack:
Fan Module:
One Fan Module supplies up to 4 Power Output Modules pluggedinto the rack. It is attached to the top.
The 24 V DC power supply is via a 2-core cable with a singleconnector (included in the scope of delivery) and is plugged in onthe rear bus board.
Blanking cover:
If not all slots in the rack are occupied by Power OutputModules, the free slots must be covered with a blanking cover.
The plate is secured with 1 screw at the top und 1 screw at thebottom.
